Common questions
How sync, tracking and billing work in Affipanel.
Which affiliate networks are supported?
Impact, PartnerStack and Awin. You connect each network with your own API credentials (one account per network).
How often is my data updated?
Commissions sync automatically every 24 hours on Starter, 6 hours on Growth, 2 hours on Scale. You can also start a sync by hand from the Networks settings.
How are my network credentials stored?
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database. They are only ever decrypted on the server.
What do tracked links record?
Each click on a /go link stores a click ID, the time, referrer, UTM parameters and device type. The visitor's IP address is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
Do you convert currencies?
No. Commissions keep the currency the network reported, and totals are shown separately for each currency so numbers are never mixed.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your 14-day trial starts when you sign up. Before it ends, choose a plan from Billing to keep your workspace active.
